Thistle Hill is an award winning and sustainable winery that has been making organic and preservative free wine decades before it became a trend. Since 1975 we have been pulling grapes from the same vines that were first planted on The Hill, and we were amongst the first few vineyards to adopt total organic wine farming practices in Australia.
